ABC Boxing is a boxing and circuit centre based in Great Bromley, Essex. Recently relocated we are experiencing rapid growth and very excited to see such interest in all our classes.

We love Boxing and have an excellent standard of coaching, running both private and group classes for all ability levels. You may have boxed before in which case there are plenty of advanced classes where our expert coaches can work on your existing game along with open sparring sessions to keep you at peak performance, sparring with other experienced amateur boxers. 

If you are new to boxing and feeling slightly intimidated by the whole thing. Don’t be. Our classes are non contact and focus on the fitness aspect of the sport.
